As our Head of Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with all C-suite members and heads of departments to prepare business-linked hiring plans and activate the best-in-class talent acquisition processes. You will liaise with country managers to expedite the hiring agendas of each market and provide expertise on specialised role hiring if needed. Together with the Recruitment team, you will bring together the employee value proposition and our culture values to identify and attract the best talent for StashAway in a scalable manner.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to define the Group’s recruitment strategy and roadmap to attract and grow all team members at StashAway. It includes developing sourcing plans, analysing data and gathering feedback to enhance and scale the recruitment process continuously, and upholding best-in-class practices to ensure a delightful candidate experience
  • Coach the recruiters directly reporting to you to provide an outstanding candidate experience, i.e., from initial introduction to onboarding.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with talent sources while building a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs.
  • Partner with the leadership team and colleagues from the Marketing department to roll out employer branding initiatives and programmes.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with partners and vendors to build the talent community
  • Educate internal stakeholders in the use of our interview approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates.
Requirements
  • 8-13 years of work experience, out of which at least 3 years leading HR team members at a medium-sized company, ideally in a fast-paced environment where HR is integral to business goal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical teams.
  • Strong, forward-thinking strategic planning demonstrated in a professional context and in-depth knowledge of scalable recruitment and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skill.
  • Thorough understanding of and exposure to labour legislations of at least 2 of the countries and regions that StashAway is in.
