SG - Creative Director

We’re looking for a world-class Creative Director to lead strategic creative initiatives and processes for all of our markets: Hong Kong, Malaysia, MENA, Singapore, and Thailand.

Our marketing communications team enables branding, product marketing, and digital marketing activities with their strategic designs. Our next Creative Director will lead that team, and will consider every corner that the brand touches - from multi-channel campaigns, to our social media presence, email designs, the app store icon, our employee swag, and even our email signatures.

If you’re our next Creative Director, you know how to achieve business results with branding campaigns; you know how to lead a campaign that gets people to stop in their tracks (or scrolls); you can set a brand apart from the rest of the pack; you understand the role creative has in effective channel activation; you have that touch that takes any creative up a few notches; and you have deep expertise in social media.

This role reports into the Group CMO, and also leads the marketing communications team, which includes designers, copywriters, and social media managers that sit in all of our markets to bring local expertise.  

What you and your team are responsible for:

  • Increasing brand awareness and improving brand affinity scoring through both global and local multi-channel campaigns
  • Managing social media across all key platforms
  • Supporting channel activation for other marketing teams (e.g. digital marketing, product marketing, CRM, content marketing)

Who we’re looking for:

  • 9-12 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, communications, or other related fields, preferably in consumer tech and/or fintech companies
  • At least 5 years of managing creative teams that have generated measurable business results
  • Business-oriented, KPI-centric: Can always tie branding efforts to business objectives.
  • Deep expertise in social media: trends, testing, reporting, management
  • A super sharp eye for what sets great copywriting apart from good copywriting
  • The best of the best in stakeholder management
