SG - Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth Marketing team at StashAway continually discovers and optimises scalable ways to acquire new customers and increase customer engagement. We test campaigns across the entire customer journey, always making data-driven decisions and seeking measurable results.

We’re looking for a growth marketer who can look at the entire funnel and all channels, and consistently identify the lowest effort solution that generates the highest impact. A successful candidate needs to be a full stack marketer, and have an ability to analyse and take action on metrics from any channel at any part of the funnel. 

You’ll be practically glued to datasets and reports that inform your strategic decisions around channel activation and optimisation. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with the product, marketing, business intelligence, country, and client experience teams to achieve ambitious business targets
  • Evaluating and testing new channels to acquire new customers and engage with existing ones
  • Understanding the customer lifecycle deeply to identify new and better ways to efficiently acquire new customers and retain existing customers
  • Optimising every stage of the customer lifecycle, from ads, to the onboarding funnel in the app, to subject lines in emails, and more, to generate the most impact
  • Making sure that every test has the best interest of both the business and the customer
  • Increasing referrals and improving loyalty
  • In summary: analysis, ideation, implementation, repeat. 

Who you are:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in consulting, or growth marketing, product marketing (or related role) in a consumer tech company
  • You’re analytical and strategic: Your approach to marketing plans is consistently data-driven, yet you also take a creative approach to problem-solving
  • You’ve worked on a variety of marketing channels, and have working knowledge of all major marketing channels
  • You have experience working cross-functionally: You’ll be working closely with product, marketing, developers, business intelligence, country teams, and senior management
  • You’re a strong communicator: you’ll be making strategic recommendations to senior management, and engaging with interns, and everyone in between
  • You’re hungry and determined: You take end-to-end ownership of anything and everything you do
  • You have a degree from a top university
  • You’re fluent in English. Also fluent in Thai or Cantonese is a big plus
