SG - Technical Product Manager (Communications Platform)

About the role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and to lead the product development of our communications platform. You will ensure that our wealth advisory and client experience operations run efficiently at high scale across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with colleagues and the client-facing and product management departments and deliver meaningful impact to them.
  • Prioritise incoming feature requests from stakeholders and facilitate roadmap and sprint planning.
  • Analyse and prepare well-formed requirements for our Engineering team members and guide the implementation process.
  • Drive usability and adoption of communication products.
  • Oversee ongoing product development and ensure that cross-functional teams are prepared for any changes that impact them.
  • Gain and maintain a deep technical understanding of our communication channels and processes, and lead discussions about technical solutions with engineers.
Requirements
  • Degree in either computer science or another technology-related field.
  • 4+ years of work experience in either an engineering or product management role.
  • Work experience in a domain that handles complex workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to structure and deliver information in a concise manner.
  • Strong organisational / business evaluation and problem solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Engineering principles and the developer workflow with API products.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
