WE WANT YOU.We are looking for a Wealth Advisor who thrives on building relationships with our high high net worth clients and identifying opportunities to drive growth. You will report directly to the Country Manager to execute and deliver on internal and external marketing and sales initiatives. Within this role, you will define long-term strategic goals, build customer and partner relationships, identify sales opportunities, hit annual targets and maintain knowledge of current marketing conditions.

Responsibilities:
  •  Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand StashAway HNW customer base.
  •  Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives; effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  •  Conduct research on clients/prospects, industries, competitors, organisations and conferences; market analyses, marketing/sponsorship opportunities and other business development efforts to drive volume.
  •  Work with marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing goals, initiatives, and strategies to support business development and growth in our geographical markets.
  •  Read industry, legal, and business publications to remain aware of trends that may impact the practice and to identify promotional opportunities.
  •  Work cross-functionally with product team to scope and drive partner-driven product initiatives that will help expand volume.
  •  Be comfortable with Chinese-speaking media engagements (Newspaper, Radio and TV interviews)
Requirements
Must-haves:
  •  4-8 years of experience in relationship or sales development management with retail clients.
  •  Experience building and maintaining high-level partner relationships.
  •  Private Banking or Institutional client service background.
  •  Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to maintain momentum and drive to close high value deals.
  •  Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Exemplary organization ability and time management skills.
  •  Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Good-to-haves:
  • Has a good understanding of the Penang market (corporates, HNWs, advertising avenues)
  • Have an internationally recognised professional qualification in Finance, e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
  •  Good understanding of the Fintech industry.
