We’re looking for a ​Wealth Advisor to join our team as ​a primary point of contact between StashAway and its high and ultra high net worth (HNW/UHNW) clients. ​These are ​some ​behavioural traits we're looking for: You love exceeding client expectations, have strong attention to detail, and know what it means to champion a brand. You are the voice of the company for clients, and relish providing them with that “wow” moment in an area where they haven’t previously been happy. You understand what it’s like to be a client and to go further to solve client problems. You are a strong communicator including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Organization comes naturally to you. You are entrepreneurial and can demonstrate quick thinking and creative problem-solving. ​

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by intelligently leading and managing the sales activities to targeted prospects.
  • Practise thoughtful discovery, and understand critical success factors, buying and decision criteria.
  • Articulate the path to closure and key tactical steps for each client, from prospecting to closing to onboarding.
  • Work closely with colleagues within the same and other departments to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding.
  • Ensure effective and consistent use of HubSpot to accurately track pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback and forecasting of results.
  • Possess an attitude of collaboration and relationship-building both within and outside of the company.
  • Provide the voice of the client and industry to marketing and product management to drive go-to-market activities and product development roadmap.
  • Be a recognised presence in industry associations, with a focus on continual learning of industry drivers and trends.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of client-facing experience within the private wealth industry
  • Stellar sales track record of exceeding revenue targets as well as a willingness to be hands-on and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong initiative and flexibility, excellent long-range planning, effective organization and time-management skills are all essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills are necessary, as is the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
